Appreciated our stay there, it was very pleasant. The location was nice and quiet, within a close distance from a unique outdoor park. Besides, we were very close to gramado for business and Gramado town centre. 

The rooms with great bed. Delicious and great breakfast with a lot of meals. Excellent and stunning location, 10 minutes' walk to a unique outdoor park.

No bar.

Cozy room, great pool options, helpful staff, free bike rental, romantic anniversary surprise.

Can't fault the property.

the location was peaceful, for example, rua coberta was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. we got reasonably priced and reasonably large room with tub as well as the couple's bed.

Nice grounds and garden; Staff that was keen to help but language was a strong barrier; Very clean which was very nice.

The rooms are dark and poorly lit; The beds are box beds and are quite low; The supper buffet was unimpressive - tough beef in beef stew; Old furniture. The whole place was fair (acceptable) but I would not go out of my way to come back or to recommend it.

The hotel is pretty good, the location also very good. The room was spacious, just in need of some maintenance our windows had a problem, we opened and couldn't close it again. But breakfast was very good and the hotel facilities also 

The staff is exceptionally nice and friendly, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. The location is excellent and beautiful, 1 mile from a unique outdoor park.

The breakfast looked delicious with a wide array of options. The bed was very comfy, the room was large and excellent with tub.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the best area of town. The staff provided top-notch service, always available to assist with any needs. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. 

Almost everything was very good. The food, the room, the grounds, the pools.

The price was a little high. We were not happy about the additional service fee of 10% and refused to pay it.

Had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The decor was stunning and really made us feel like we were living in luxury. The indoor and outdoor pool was a great addition and we loved spending time there when we weren't exploring the

We stayed at a wonderful hotel, located in a perfect neighborhood for a relaxing stay. The area was beautiful, with a nice garden, an outside swimming pool, mini-golf, and tennis court. The breakfast buffet was great, with fresh and tasty food.
